Estée Lauder Companies Nominates Dana Strong and Annabelle Yu Long for Board Election

NEW YORK, August 21, 2025 (FASHION BEAUTY SCENE) – Consumer products company The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. has announced that Dana Strong, CBE, and Annabelle Yu Long have been nominated by its Board of Directors for election at the upcoming annual meeting of stockholders scheduled for November 13, 2025.

Strong currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Sky, a Comcast Corporation subsidiary, where she oversees operations across six European countries. She has more than 25 years of experience with media companies including Sky, Xfinity, Virgin Media, and AUSTAR. At Sky, she has led the launch of services such as Sky Glass and Sky Stream and expanded Sky Mobile, while also overseeing sports and original content offerings. Strong previously held leadership roles at Comcast’s Xfinity Consumer Services and has served on the boards of the Telenet Group and The Wharton School of Business EMEA Advisory Board.

Long is Founding and Managing Partner of BAI Capital, a venture capital firm with investments in areas including artificial intelligence, fintech, and consumer retail. She is also a member of the Group Management Committee of Bertelsmann, where she has directed corporate strategy and its China growth initiatives. Long sits on the boards of Tapestry Inc., NIO Inc., LexinFintech Holdings Ltd., and The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited. She has been recognized on the Forbes Midas List and as one of Asia’s Power Businesswomen.
