Pop Up Mob Produces Nine Brand Activations at Ulta Beauty World 2026 in Orlando

ORLANDO, Fla., May 30, 2026 (FASHION BEAUTY SCENE) — Experiential marketing agency Pop Up Mob designed and produced nine brand booth activations at Ulta Beauty World 2026, held April 16 at the Orange County Convention Center.

The booths were created for Cécred, Supergoop!, OUAI, Tatcha, Not Your Mother's, Pattern, OSEA, Olaplex, and Tree Hut. The event marked Pop Up Mob’s second consecutive year producing activations for Ulta Beauty World.

Ulta Beauty World 2026 featured 220 vendor brands and drew approximately 3,000 attendees, doubling attendance from its inaugural 2025 edition in San Antonio. The event evolved from Ulta Beauty’s Field Leadership Conference, an internal gathering that includes a brand expo day, which was expanded to consumers beginning in 2025.
Each activation occupied a 30-by-30-foot booth footprint and included staffing, sampling components, and social media content areas. The environments were developed to reflect individual campaign narratives and product positioning across the participating brands.
“Nine booths at one event means nine different brand stories running in parallel. Each one has its own audience, its own concept logic, and its own production timeline. The work is making sure every space feels like it belongs to the brand standing in it, not to the agency that built it,” said Ana Corina Pelucarte, CEO and Co-Founder of Pop Up Mob.
Pop Up Mob managed concept development, spatial design, fabrication, logistics, staffing, and on-site execution for all nine installations. The company stated that it coordinated parallel production timelines to deliver the installations ahead of the event opening.
